bu44 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bu44 website, mobile version and all related services.

By registering on the bu44 platform or using the service, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bu44 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested if needed:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket account number).

bu44 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

By creating an account on bu44 you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and if a user is found to be a minor, that account will be closed immediately and the related transactions will be cancelled.

We ask parents and guardians to keep their devices and payment accounts secure to protect minors from accessing the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods will be updated on the platform if they change. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension. All deposits will be added to your gaming balance after being processed correctly.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, the time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required. bu44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the following cases:

• KYC verification is in progress.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• A dispute or investigation relating to the account is ongoing.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bu44 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus can only be used on eligible games.
• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus must be used only for the purpose for which it was given.
• If there is suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation, bu44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• bu44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The bu44 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each level. Benefits increase as you reach higher levels. The detailed terms of the VIP program are published separately.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on bu44 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules which can be viewed from within the game. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of a game before starting it.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, bu44 will review the data for the relevant round and make a decision. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a system error, bu44 reserves the right to correct that result. bu44 is not responsible for a game being interrupted due to a power outage or loss of internet connection.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting category has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are displayed in the game interface. bu44 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bu44 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

If such activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be confiscated.

8.1 Suspension by bu44

bu44 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Providing false information.
• Age or identity fraud.

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email to do so. All active bets must be settled and any eligible balance withdrawn before the account is closed.
